OUR FOUNDEr
Car Cover World was founded in 2002 by army veteran, Charlie Watson. Following his military service in 1971, Charlie began a 30 year career in aviation. Culminating as a Gulfstream IV captain, Charlie flew internationally for an extensive list of clientel including Fortunate 500 companies, White House executive cabinet, as well as many entertainment professionals in Los Angeles, California. In 2001, Charlie retired from aviation.
With a lifelong interest in fine automobiles and an interest in bringing premium quality automotive products to owners and car enthusiasts alike, Charlie founded Car Cover World. Nearly 20 years later, we’ve provided over 100,000 custom fit covers for all types of vehicles including cars, trucks and SUVs going back to the early 1900’s, to airplanes, firetrucks, museum artifacts, recreation vehicles and so much more.
